Terms and Conditions

Delivery times and charges

All orders will normally be despatched within 3 working days.
UK orders should arrive within 5 working days.
Orders to Europe should arrive 8 working days after despatch.
For the USA and Canada allow 8-12 days and longer to other parts of the world.


These timings are for guidance only. Please remember we are in the hands of the postal system! If after 14 days in the UK and 21 days elsewhere, your order has not arrived contact us for further information.

Postage and packing for sprays, essences and CDs.

United Kingdom
For orders up to £10 please add £1.75
For orders up to £20 please add £3.00
For orders up to £40 please add £4.50
For orders up to £60 please add £6.50
For orders over £60 please enquire.

Europe and the rest of the world
You will be charged the cost of the actual postage plus a handling charge of £3

Singing bowls are sent direct from the factory. When you order a bowl you will be given the cost of the carriage and insurance to your home.

Duty and Customs

We are not aware of any duty and customs charges that apply to the retail sales of our products. However, if there are any such charges, these are the responsibility of the purchaser as we have no control over these costs.

Availability

Our sprays and essences are all hand made by Jenny, Fran and Fiona. In order to maintain the quality of our product and to add the healing intention of each item we do not manufacture in bulk. This means that occasionally we may run out of one of our products. If this happens you will be informed after you have placed an order and we will send it as soon as possible.

Singing bowls are purchased directly from the factory. Availability changes all the time. If you wish to buy a bowl we will ring and find out what sizes and what notes are available.

Cancelling your order.

You have the right to cancel your order up to the point of despatch and your money will be refunded.
If you decide to cancel your order after your goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods in perfect condition at your own risk and at your own cost. Therefore we recommend you use an insured delivery method e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery. The postage we have paid for the delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Payment

Online purchases are accepted using the well recognised PayPal shopping basket. The cards accepted include Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Amex, Solo/Switch, Delta and Visa Electron.
We also accept cheques with an order form from one of our brochures.
Sound Essences is not currently VAT registered and therefore VAT is not applicable.

Faulty or damaged goods.

In the case of faulty or damaged goods please return them to us with a note about the problem. We will either replace the item and refund the postage or, if you prefer, reimburse the cost of the item plus your postage costs.

Incorrectly described goods

We have taken great care to describe the content of our products accurately and to add the healing intention involved in the manufacture of each item. We operate a policy of sharing information openly and freely. If you are unhappy or unclear about any of the products we sell please contact us for clarification and/or further information.

Complaints

Our customers are very important to us. If you have any complaint at all, either about our products, or the service you receive from Sound Essences, please contact us either by e-mail or ringing 0845 094 0369 to give us the opportunity to make amends.
